How do I register for the conference?

What is the deadline for registration?

Early bird rates are available from now until February 16, 2024, at 11:59pm. Regular rates will take into effect February 17, 2024 12:00am. Onsite registration will be available.

What is the cancellation policy?

For cancellations received prior to midnight PST, Friday, February 16, 2024, registration fees will be refunded less a service charge of $50.00 CAD.

For cancellations received after Friday, February 16, 2024, and prior to midnight PST, Thursday, February 29, 2024, there will be a $479.50 refund. After this date, no refunds will be made.

Can I transfer my registration to someone else?

The registration can be transferred to another person for an administrative service charge of $50.00 CAD per registration. Deadline for registration transfers: midnight PST, April 10, 2024.

How can I make changes to my registration?

Email bchainfo@mci-agency.com with your changes. There is an administrative service fee of $50.00 CAD per registration will be charged for every registration modification, including a name change.
